These pocket sprayer tubes were produced for the promotional and retail application. The tubes are made of recycleable polypropylene and can be produced at a rate of 1,600 per hour. The overall length of the tube is 102.50mm with a 16.02mm outer diameter and 2mm tall x .15mm deep text.

Specifications required a maximum shrinkage of 1.019mm and dimensional tolerances of ±.10mm. Our experienced personnel thoroughly understand the injection molding process and can accommodate customer specifications for each unique project. After molding, the sprayers were filled, labeled, and capped. We produce over 5 million of these pocket sprayers per year.
